I cannot use gem, and always get an timeout error.
then I found that api.rubygems.org has an ipv6 connection issue, so I have to disable ipv6.
the same issue also occurs in snapd.
interesting but really bothered me.
(1) disable ipv6 to disable gem use ipv6 to connect.
